HPS Relaxation Expo
There are quite a few "Wellness Fairs" on Long Island, but this is the only Relaxation Expo specifically focused on stress reduction and relaxation techniques. The First Annual Relaxation Expo will feature demonstrations, seminars and workshops on ways to reduce stress and anxiety. Product demonstrations by Brookstone, Barnes & Noble, Silkwind Yoga, Cancellieri Chiropractic, One Potato – Two Tomato (Dietitian and Nutritionist), Vitamin Shoppe free samples, Biofeedback, massage therapists and more! Every guest receives lots of free stuff including a relaxation audio CD and booklet on relaxation and stress reduction. Every guest is also automatically entered into a raffle for a free ipod. Free food, graciously catered by Cirella's of Melville (who will be showing off their new Sushi menu!)
